The Vallejo Police Officers’ Association is pleased to announce the award of a cash scholarship to Vallejoan, Rosemarie Louissaint. Rosie graduated from Saint Patrick Saint Vincent High School in 2021. Rosie is attending Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She is studying English and wants to pursue a law degree.
